There are two ways to perform this task, and your selection depends on the amount of emails you need to forward.
To forward several emails

- To select nonadjacent emails, click one file, and then hold down CTRL and click each additional file.

or |
|
- To select adjacent emails, click the first file in the sequence, and then hold down SHIFT and click the last file.

Once you have selected the emails, click Forward. |
|
A new message is created, with all the emails added as attachments. |

Enter the recipient’s name in the To field, and then add a subject in the Subject field. |

Click Send. |

Note: The size limit for an email is 10 MB. |

To forward multiple emails
If you need to transfer multiple emails (hundreds or thousands), follow these steps.

In Outlook, use the same method described in the procedure, “To forward several emails”, and select all the emails you want to transfer. |

On the Edit menu, click Copy. |

Go to the folder you created, and click Edit and then Paste. |
5. |
Transfer the folder to a USB memory key, CD, or DVD and give it to your recipient who will then be able to copy and paste the emails in their Outlook. |
